    Never used, 2015 datecode! The chip features a "freshness seal" that helps preserve its longevity until power is applied for the first time.
    Genuine part, was ordered directly from Maxim Integrated (successor to Dallas Semi) for a project that never panned out. 100% performance to specification guaranteed. Last picture shows label from the original box (not included with listing).
    Replaces parts with 70ns access time and up. Used in computer motherboards and digital test equipment from mid 80s to mid 90s, including
    the Tektronix 2465B, 2467, 2445 series oscilloscopes. Behaves like a normal parallel SRAM, except that it doesn't forget its contents on power down.
